Paul has over 18 years experience in software development working for a major credit reference agency. He also has 25 years as a successful amateur gambler during which time he has never had a losing year. He has combined an understanding of big data analytics, credit scoring techniques and knowledge of gambling markets. When he’s not at work you’ll find him on the golf course!
James has 10+ years of development experience. He considers himself a full stack engineer, starting with an idea and bringing it through to completion. He started out in fraud prevention and risk scoring, moving onto insurance and then pharmaceutical. Taking the skills from these areas, we’ve been able to apply the technologies to our gambling expertise to bring you the most up to date information on gambling markets and help tilt the odds in your favour.
Sandra has 10 years of experience in the business industry, working with major companies in real estate and pharmaceuticals. Over the past 2 years, she has brought a diverse skill set to her role here, overseeing client accounts and ensuring every detail is managed effectively for smooth and successful outcomes. Jim has been with the company for six years, starting in an administrative role before transitioning into his current position as a Software Developer. Matt is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years in the industry, specialising in software development for the past decade. Beginning his career in programming with ColdFusion in the legal sector, and has continually evolved with the ever-changing technology landscape. His skillset has since expanded to include Python, and he is currently focused on development using Node.js.
Niall has spent 3 years studying Physics and Astronomy at a leading university. Following that, Niall has worked for the last 5 years in the professional gambling industry, gaining in-depth expertise in betting strategies. Outside of work, he is an avid aquarist with over 30 different species of fish and shrimp in his collection. Having joined the company very early on, he has enjoyed watching the team grow and expand into a wealth of brilliantly experienced and hardworking people.
Tamzyn has a degree in psychology and a love of numbers, with a special interest in analysing data. This is exactly why she's so passionate about what we do here at Tilt. She loves thinking outside the box and using tried and tested strategies to make all the big decisions in life.
Faith has spent the last 5 years earning her HND in Engineering and has a strong technical background. She is currently learning to DIY her first home, focusing on doing things properly and efficiently. Faith loves her job because it's something you wouldn't expect yourself doing or fully understanding, given the complex systems involved in our betting operations.
Aris has been working as an accountant for seven years in various firms. His curiosity and passion for learning lead him to explore his professional career further and he is also currently studying for his diploma in HR - Organisational Learning and development at CIPD. Additionally, he is a certified coach with EMCC, with over 700 working hours with clients.
Stavri is the newest member of our team. She holds a degree in graphic and advertising design and has also completed courses in studio photography and dog grooming. Passionate about nature and animals, she's proud of her career progress.
