These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Tilt the Odds, provided by Big Data Specialists ("Provider"). By subscribing to or using our services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Provision: The Service provides sports arbitrage, matched betting, value betting, and other smart betting opportunities. Access is granted for the duration of your contracted subscription period ("Service Period").
Acceptance of Agreement: By subscribing to and/or using the Service, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
Data Collection: By using the Service, you acknowledge that the Provider may collect anonymised data regarding Service usage.
Limitation of Liability: The Provider is not responsible for any losses, including consequential losses, arising from use of the Service. Users accept the inherent risks of sports betting and understand there are no guarantees of winnings from presented odds, sure bets, value bets, and/or matched bets. Presented odds and bets should not be considered as betting advice.
Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate and useful information, the Provider does not guarantee its correctness or completeness.
Service Interruptions: The Provider is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside its control. If no Service is available for more than 12 consecutive hours, the Service Period will be extended accordingly.
Bet Placement Responsibility: The system provides betting recommendations only. Users are solely responsible for placing their own bets with bookmakers. Tilt the Odds does not place bets on behalf of users. All bets must be placed manually and in accordance with the bookmaker's rules and regulations.
Subscription Terms: Subscriptions are non-refundable and renew automatically on a monthly basis. Subscription prices may change, and users will be notified in advance.
Termination: The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its discretion for breaches of these Terms or inappropriate conduct.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Amendments: The Provider may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website and/or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
